This session will look at how to identify all stakeholders, how to communicate, how to respond when things go wrong, and overall give you skills, tips and tools to engage more effectively with all stakeholders and reach your goals. There will be plenty of real life stories to relate to and learn from!
Our speaker will be Kim Spillman - General Manager at Midnyte City.
Kim is General Manager of Midnyte City, a leader in technology, Organisational Transformation, a Board Director and brings a lens of individual health and wellbeing to everything she does. She believes strongly in the value of technology and the role that delivery, strategy, organisational transformation and effective leadership has on both commercial and culture outcomes. Kim has a long background in technology delivery, and leading teams and organisations to success.
Kim has been a board director for the past 2 years and is the Chairperson of a Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing organisation. She is able to apply her skills in leadership, strategy, governance and stakeholder management to create impact across this organisation and the wider community.
